Welcome to ArashiWorld's Deviantart gallery!

This DeviantArt Gallery was created for the clean, organized and orderly collection and submission of Fanart, and Fan Messages to be included in the Fanbook/Photobook that ArashiWorld is currently organizing, that we will have printed, shipped, sent and, hopefully, reach the pretty hands of Arashi's members.

Instead of using the forum to submit the fanart to, which is quite messy and disorganized since there is no format or so for submissions, this Gallery is a way to make that format so that when the photobook itself is created, the people from the Layout Committee can simply save the files and Copy/Paste the descriptions provided by each of the "submitors".

There are no rules to the actual content of the artworks. They are fanart so just go for it! Use any medium on anything! Just make sure that you follow the submission format that follows below (in the RULES).

RULES

Please follow and fulfill these requirements.

1. LOGIN - The gallery is open to all Arashi fans that have something in mind for submission. Please only use the account to SUBMIT and do not bother anymore with Comments, Notes and such things. Leave that up to me and Anna.

The username and password are found in the forums.

2. SUBMIT - for those that are not familiar with DeviantArt (DA), below the username displayed on the upperleft-hand corner is a small dropdown button that you can click. Select SUBMIT DEVIATION and it will lead you to a Submission Page. This is were you will fill out the form. Now, for the form, we will follow a format so that is easier for the Layout people of the Photobook to just Copy/Paste your submissions.

TITLE - self-explanatory, just give it something simple. Unfortunately you cannot leave the Title slot empty if you haven't exactly come up with a title (if it is, example a sketch of a photo you have of the boys). If that's the case, you can just come up with something or, maybe, put Untitled.

FILE - just select the fanart you want to submit form your computer

DESCRIPTION - please make sure to provide the following information:

Title:
Your Name:
Your Age:
Your Country:
Medium: (optional)
Short Description of the Artwork/ Short Message to Arashi: (for Messages to Arashi, maybe just one-liners will do. You can submit longer messages in the forum, I think).

KEYWORDS - These are for when people decide to look for your work on the DA search engine instead of the main gallery. If you want, you can just fill it out as simple as: Arashi, Ohno, Sho, Aiba, Nino, Jun, ArashiWorld2009, etc.

CREATIVE COMMONS - don't worry about this for now. c:

And when all of that is done, click SUBMIT.

You will be re-directed to a page where they will ask if you want to PRINT your fanart, just click "NO (go directly to your submitted deviation)".


3. LOGOUT.


Simple really. You can upload as much as you want, so lang as you don't submit the same deviation twice.

4. DEADLINE - According to the forums, the deadline for fanart is during the beginning of March 2009. So please meet this deadline as it will make it a LOT easier for those formatting. Thanks! I will update this when there is a more specific date.
